"I could not have asked for a better experience. Alex was courteous and professional and I felt at ease with him even as he took me into the depths of my psyche. From the first week I was impressed how effortlessly he was able to guide me into hypnosis, and how very effective hypnosis was at allowing me to let my own barriers down to working on my problems. The process is designed to help you address the things in life that are holding you back, so you are the one who has to work through these issues, but often we are blocked to what it is that is keeping us from thriving and being our best and truest selves. Alex had a way of meeting me where I was in each session and helping guide me to where I needed to go in order to see how I was holding myself back, and let these old thought processes go. I was also very impressed by the course itself, that each week built on the last, and every week I was surprised by how powerful the content of the session was and how much I was able to improve. Alex also teaches you a form of self-hypnosis to do at home which aides in the process and provides you with a valuable skill that you can continue to use once the course is complete to consistently let go of new problems and challenges as they arise in your life.

Personally, I grew up in a very strict religious family, and I internalized a lot of the lessons I was taught including that I had no value in and of myself and was deserving of hell, and that the only thing that could give me value was if God gave his love to me, but he would not do that if I was willingly sinful. This led me into a very dark and painful life in which I constantly judged myself for not being good enough for God, and had led me to be unable to function in multiple jobs and relationships, spilling over into judging others at every turn. Even once I realized what I was doing, it was very difficult for me to get out of this way of life because the mindset was so ingrained that I could not overcome this way of seeing myself and the world. I went to Alex with a goal of being able to let go of this mindset of never being good enough and always feeling like I was living life wrong. The 7 sessions I spent with him were nothing short of miraculous. I felt almost as though the course were designed specifically to help me with my particular problem, going straight to the source and addressing each of the twisted thought-processes in order in such a way that I was able to realize how I continued to sabotage myself and let the old programming go. The course was incredibly effective, and the last session completely tied everything together, leaving me a new, better, more authentic version of myself ready to face the world. I will continue to use the tools I learned from Alex in the sessions and in self-hypnosis to deal with challenges that come up in my life.
