Any Objections To Being SMART*?

When we do self-hypnosis we have a clear goal in mind.

A SMART goal.

For those who do not know what the acronym means, SMART stands for

S = Specific

M = Measurable

A = "As is" (as if it is already happening) or Affect (feeling emotional about the goal)

R = Realistic

T = Timeframe

I teach this approach during the upcoming workshop on self-hypnosis because it is important that the goal is formulated in such a way that our subconscious has no resistance to it.

But what if there is an objection?

- Goal: "As of December 31, 2017, I have landed a contract worth $X feeling confident and accomplished".

- Voice in your head: "No, you don't. You are lying."

or

- "You are lazy and will procrastinate anyway"

What to do? Get mad at this voice? Or pretend you don't hear it?

Nether one. You acknowledge it and begin a dialog with it. This eventually leads to a true integration of the objecting part into the whole of your personality, which means that instead of the objection, you feel a real motivation to reach your goal.

How to do it practically? Learn and master Self-Hypnosis.

You can read about it here.

See you soon.

Warm and deep trances,

Alexander Fidelman, CCHt
